How it works
Set up your kennel details
Add your kennel name, logo and contact details once. They carry across every litter and puppy page.
Add a litter and its puppies
Log weights, vaccinations, deworming and milestones as you go, and add photos as the litter grows.
Mark a puppy ready and share
Hand the buyer a link, or print the QR code for the go-home folder.
What a buyer sees
Open the link and a buyer sees the puppy’s details, a growth chart, the vaccination and deworming log with product names and lot numbers, milestones, photos, and your kennel’s contact card.
- No login needed to view a puppy’s page.
- Pages are not listed or searchable anywhere. Only people with the link can open one.
Contracts and payments
Add your sales contract in Settings, or start from our free starter contract template and edit it for your kennel. When a puppy’s page is ready, the buyer can read the contract and sign it right there, and you get a signed PDF copy.
Connect a Stripe account to take deposits and other payments through Puppy Passport. Raise a payment request, send the buyer the link, and they pay by card on Stripe’s secure page. Poodle Genetics Lab keeps 5% of each payment, card processing included, and you receive 95%. See the payment terms for the details.
Every ready passport also includes a complimentary copy of the Poodle Owner’s Guide for the buyer to download, at no cost to you or them.
What it is not
Puppy Passport is a record-keeping tool. Poodle Genetics Lab does not verify or certify anything entered on a passport; the records are the breeder’s own. It does not replace your vet’s records or your sales contract.
FAQ
Is it free?
Yes, it is free to use with a PGL account.
Can buyers edit it?
No, the puppy page is read only. Only you can add or change records.
What happens if I delete a puppy?
The link stops working straight away.
Does it connect to the Lab app?
Not yet. Litters are entered separately for now.
Can buyers sign my contract?
Yes. Add your sales contract in Settings (or start from our starter contract template) and a buyer can sign it right on the puppy page. You get a signed PDF copy.
Can I take deposits?
Yes, once you connect a Stripe account. Raise a payment request such as a deposit or balance and send the buyer the link; they pay by card and you receive 95% of the payment.
